Delivery Information

UK Delivery

Standard Delivery Free on all UK orders over £50
Dispatch Time Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days
Delivery Time 1–4 working days from dispatch (Royal Mail Tracked or equivalent)
Packaging All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no external branding
Tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched

Returns & Refunds

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an item has been dispatched. This policy ensures product integrity, quality control, and customer safety. Please ensure you have reviewed all product information carefully before placing your order.

Exceptions

We will consider a replacement or refund if you receive an item that is:

Damaged in Transit

Item arrived in a damaged or unusable condition due to the shipping process.

Incorrect Item Sent

You received a product that does not match what you ordered.

How to report an issue

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@brumzpeptides.co.uk with the following:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear description of the issue
  3. Photographic evidence (if applicable)

We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
